Poll description

This poll will be used to decide which factions will face off in the next Factions arc.

Tentative information on the various factions is available on LeagueFactions.net. That information is under significant revision, however, and should not be taken as anything more than a broad overview.

You can discuss the options on this forum thread.

The Story

Once we know which factions are going to be involved, we'll come up with a suitable story to explain what they're fighting over.

If you like, you can take a look at this overview of previous Factions storylines. At the time of this posting, that page has not yet been updated to include Arc VI, Nyroth.

Suggestions for Voting

How you vote is, of course, up to you. I would recommend that you think both about which factions you'd most like to fight for, and which factions you think are interesting in terms of story or gameplay.

If you've got questions or concerns, consider asking around on this forum thread before casting your vote.

Voting Mechanics

In this poll, you may rank the factions in preference order. You are free to indicate "no opinion" in lieu of giving a faction a rank, and you can leave factions at the same tier. The system will then attempt to identify the two factions that, together, make the most voters happy. The details are somewhat complicated, but this is a well-regarded election methodology for situations like this one.

After this vote concludes, Ionian Summoners from the previous arc (Nyroth) will be allowed to vote in a third faction, as their prize for their victory in that arc.

We are planning to try a three-faction arc this time. However, that is not completely set in stone. This voting system is flexible, and can easily recompute the results to produce a three-faction winning set if need be.
