All are welcome to cast a vote to decide the first playable faction for the upcoming twelfth Factions arc.
The Freljord and the Shadow Isles have been excluded from this vote, as they were featured in Arc XI: Kin-Fire.
Noxus and Zaun were featured in Arc X: Insurrection. They are available for this arc, though voters may wish to consider that they did appear quite recently.
Champion lists are determined on an arc-by-arc basis. However, the Melee rosters give some idea as to which Champions a given faction is likely to have.
This poll will be followed by a private vote among Summoners who fought for the winning faction in Kin-Fire, which will select the second faction.
If you are not familiar with ranked-choice voting, the basic idea is that you can list your preferences honestly, without worrying that (e.g.) you need to drop your second-choice to last place so that it won't beat your first-choice. This video explains the basic idea. (Caveat: I'm not a voting systems expert, and there may be some technical differences.)
