The affairs of CADE are managed by its Board of Trustees. This includes the selection of CADE (IJCAR) co-chairs, the selection of CADE venues, choosing the Herbrand, Bill McCune, and Skolem Award selection committee, instituting new awards, etc. The purpose of the election is to elect three trustees for the period 2023-2026, out of a slate of four candidates.
