Poll description

Vote for features and things you would like me to work on soon in CardboardToPC.

Choices (in individual preference order)

  1. Video Streaming
  2. Virtual Room Support (This would allow walking in real life to control the game, And, In the somewhat distant future, potentially even hand recognition) (Please add more choices for whatever you want, SFW/non-rude, please. I want this to be accessible anywhere, And not get banned from schools or works.)
  3. Additional VR Device Support (make a new choice for which one you prefer)
  4. Virtual Desktop Emulation
  5. iOS Support (Donations will be needed for me to pay for the iOS App Store License, Which is 100$. However, A version could easily be released, It just would only be usable on jail broken devices, Until II received enough donations to buy the license.)

Winning set of choices

The apparent winner of this poll was the set of choices ( 1,1,2,4,5 ):

  1. Video Streaming
  2. Video Streaming
  3. Virtual Room Support (This would allow walking in real life to control the game, And, In the somewhat distant future, potentially even hand recognition) (Please add more choices for whatever you want, SFW/non-rude, please. I want this to be accessible anywhere, And not get banned from schools or works.)
  4. Virtual Desktop Emulation
  5. iOS Support (Donations will be needed for me to pay for the iOS App Store License, Which is 100$. However, A version could easily be released, It just would only be usable on jail broken devices, Until II received enough donations to buy the license.)

Preference matrix

There are 1 possible sets of 5 choices that can be formed by selecting from the 5 choices. Of these, 6 sets were considered thoroughly, comparing against the 6 nearby (similar) sets that differ in just one choice.

This is the voting preference matrix, reporting maximal valid proportional preferences. Fractional digits indicate nonproportional preferences, which help break ties in proportional preference.

Pairwise comparison

You can compare any two sets of choices. Just enter the numbers of the choices (from 1 to 5) in each set, with the numbers of one set's choices in the left column and the numbers of the other's in the right column.

Nonproportional poll

The following gives the details of how the poll would have resulted if run on single choices, without proportional representation. This hypothetical poll defines the “individual preference order” used above.

Ranking of the choices

Winning choices are shown in bold.

1. Video Streaming  (Condorcet winner: wins contests with all other choices)
2. Virtual Room Support (This would allow walking in real life to control the game, And, In the somewhat distant future, potentially even hand recognition) (Please add more choices for whatever you want, SFW/non-rude, please. I want this to be accessible anywhere, And not get banned from schools or works.)  loses to Video Streaming by 5–3
3. Additional VR Device Support (make a new choice for which one you prefer)  loses to Video Streaming by 7–1, loses to Virtual Room Support (This would allow walking in real life to control the game, And, In the somewhat distant future, potentially even hand recognition) (Please add more choices for whatever you want, SFW/non-rude, please. I want this to be accessible anywhere, And not get banned from schools or works.) by 5–3
4. Virtual Desktop Emulation  loses to Video Streaming by 6–2, loses to Additional VR Device Support (make a new choice for which one you prefer) by 4–3
5. iOS Support (Donations will be needed for me to pay for the iOS App Store License, Which is 100$. However, A version could easily be released, It just would only be usable on jail broken devices, Until II received enough donations to buy the license.)  loses to Video Streaming by 6–2, loses to Virtual Desktop Emulation by 5–3

For simplicity, some details of the poll result are not shown.
